Josie Scrimgour - Genesis Homes
Matt Guirdham - MAKE North West Limited

Affordable housing and large-scale developments have the power to transform communities, and I’m looking forward to recognising the projects that are truly raising the bar in our industry. “I was equally delighted to see Josie shortlisted; she has gone from strength to strength in the business and absolutely deserves to be recognised. This year saw the highest number of submissions since the Awards began, so for Josie to make it to the final is a real achievement.”
