Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident that occurred in Penrith.
Police were called shortly after 11pm on the 18 August 2026 to reports of a disturbance on Southend Road near the Dog Beck pub in Penrith.
The incident involved two men and one woman.
Police are looking for four witnesses that may have seen the incident, to come forward.
