Maple Grove Developments (MGD), part of the Eric Wright Group, has commenced infrastructure works on its 19-acre site just north of Penrith.
Located adjacent to the A6 and Junction 41 on the M6 Motorway, outline planning consent is already in place for 250,000 sq. ft of industrial and logistics space; this initial programme of works is being delivered by Toman Construction.

The Eric Wright Charitable Trust who owns Maple Grove Developments as part of the Eric Wright Group, also owns and operates Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre in Cumbria.
Speaking about the development James Scott, managing director at Maple Grove, commented: "We have worked closely with the local authority to finalise the site's infrastructure design and are pleased to be at a stage where we can commence these works and open up the access to the site."
