In a new podcast that will offer flavourful stories and mouth watering conversations that will take centre stage.
Tim has been in the catering industry now for the past 27 years since launching his business. For 15 years he was also a part time firefighter, as well as a member of the lions club and chairman of Penrith Business improvement district.
Now Tim has launched a new podcast called Spud Life that will have weekly episodes from Tim.
That will have insightful conversation, interesting guests, compelling anecdotes, giveaways and madness, not the band Tim added.
Tim said he has decades of stories about the music industry as well as stories from the people he meets from around the world who come to enjoy a jacket potato from his Penrith stall with a vast array of stories they share with him.
The idea for the podcast was planted on a family vacation when Tim was sharing one of his stories with family and friends. The suggestion of telling them in a book was first raised then the suggestion of a podcast was planted and has grown to see the new SpudLife podcast launch.
Tim said he is really excited to see how it develops and hopes it brings some enjoyment to listeners adding “Just imagine me waffling on in your ear while your in the gym or coming through your speaker in the car on the way to work.” “whether I'm discussing the quirks of street food culture, sharing anecdotes from my rich & varied life, highlighting the triumphs & challenges of running a successful business or wondering why vampires don't have beards!! The podcasts will hopefully something to amuse & interest everyone.”
In each episode Tim will be serving up a generous portions of chat sprinkled with observations on the world around him from his corner of the street in Penrith.
