A 50-year-old woman from Plumpton has been arrested in connection with the spraying of orange graffiti on the town’s pavements.
The 50 year old has been released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
Police launched an investigation after orange logos were spray painted on the ground in Penrith town centre on Friday April 19.
