A burst water pipe is causing light delays for traffic on the B5288 Newton Road through Castletown due to temporary traffic lights and a lane closure to allow United utilities to carry out repairs.
The traffic lights and lane closure are on the section of Newton Road between the junction with Greystoke Road and Gillwilly Road.
Allow extra time for your journey if heading along Newton Road alternative route is via Ullswater Road and Hawswater road.
