Remember you get an Extra Hour in Bed as the Clocks Go Back Tonight

Tonight we will get an extra hour in bed as the clocks go back in the early hours of Sunday morning 27th of October.

As the Winter Droving passes through Penrith celebrating a tradition that spans back centuries and as the nights get darker even earlier as the clocks go back this weekend marking another traditional event that spans back over 100 years in the UK in a bid to ensure people could get the most out of daylight hours.

The time changing in the UK marks the end of British summer time when the clocks go back an hour at 2am on Sunday morning (27th October).

Most people will be asleep when the clocks go back an hour, but the good news is we get an extra hour in bed on Sunday morning.

Most modern technology like phones, ovens, central heating timers will automatically update themselves.

But if your alarm clock does not automatically update itself, remember to set it back an hour tonight to grab that extra hour in bed.
