Penrith Rugby Club’s Ladies team is on the lookout for new players to join their growing squad — and no experience is necessary!
Fresh off a successful season that saw them crowned NC3 league champions, the team now competes in the NC2 league and continues to build on their momentum. With players ranging in age from 17 to 54, the team prides itself on being welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of all skill levels — whether you're a seasoned player or picking up a rugby ball for the first time.
Vice Captain Heather said: “We are a super friendly, inclusive bunch and are always happy to see new faces.”
Training sessions are held at Penrith Rugby Club on Mondays and Wednesdays, meeting at 6.45pm for a 7pm start, finishing around 8.30pm.
So if you’ve ever thought about giving rugby a try — or getting back into it — now’s the perfect time.
