Police are investigating a robbery that occurred between 6:45pm and 7pm on the 14 June.
The incident took place on Castlegate in Penrith, just down from the Station Hotel.
The incident involved a male taking the victim's phone with force after a short scuffle.
The suspect was wearing a fluorescent orange top with grey trousers. The victim has blonde hair and was wearing light blue leggings.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
