Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a report of a man exposing himself in Penrith.
The incident occurred at around 10.40am on Thursday (15 May).
The location of the incident was at the entrance of an alley between Bluebell Lane car park and Middlegate – the entrance to the alley closest to the car park.
The man is described as white and aged in his 50s or 60s. He was also described as overweight and bald and was wearing a t-shirt and grey tracksuit trousers. He also wore glasses and was carrying a plastic bag.
