A brand-new independent business has opened for business in Penrith’s Devonshire Arcade. Jimmy Mac’s is a traditional quality butcher shop offering fresh cuts, friendly service, and a commitment to locally sourced produce.
Opening just 10 days ago, Jimmy Mac’s offer's a range of traditional, locally sourced cuts of meat, as well as a selection of tasty sausages and burgers.
We paid Jimmy a visit earlier this week. Despite having been open for only a few days at the time, he said the support from the local community had been great.
Naturally, we could not leave without buying a few items to try out, including his traditional Cumberland sausage and some beef burgers – both of which quickly disappeared back at the Penrith.Town News office.
