Crash blocks Penrith road.
A vehicle crashed on Norfolk road in the CastleTown area of Penrith this morning.
Passers by attempted to free the vehicles occupants and direct traffic before emergency services arrived on the scene.
The occupants of the car were eventually extracted by emergency services from the vehicle that had landed on its roof via the rear doors of the car.
The road remains closed with heavy traffic delays on the area as a result.
