Chippie Van Named in Top 3 Finalist for Mobile Operator of the Year at the National Fish & Chip Awards 2026

The Chippie Van operated by the owners of Penrith’s award-winning Angel Lane chippie, Sandgate Chippie and The Foundry 34 has been named one of the Top 3 finalists for Mobile Operator of the Year at the prestigious National Fish & Chip Awards 2026.

The recognition celebrates excellence across the UK’s fish and chip industry, highlighting those who deliver outstanding quality, service, and consistency — even on the move.

The National Fish & Chip Awards, often referred to as the “Oscars of the fish and chip world,” spotlight the best businesses in the industry — from traditional takeaways and restaurants to innovative mobile operators.
