Terms & conditions for our competition

This Penrith.Town competition is organised by Penrith.Town, of The Office, Mile Lane Nurseries, Mile Lane, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 OBX.

For the purposes of these terms & conditions, “we/our” refers to Penrith.Town.

Our competitions are open to all except employees of Penrith.Town their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Weekend Winner prize draw.

Entering is free and open to all readers of Penrith.Town both UK and international. But entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable with no cash alternatives offered.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control.

Our decision on all matters under our control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draw runs from for the period set in each weekend winner draw announcement along with the prize announced.

Winners will be drawn at random based on the enter criteria set in the weekly announced competition. 

The winner will be notified via live in the winner announcement and contacted directly within five working days of the prize draw date.

If a winner does not respond to us within 7 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner.

All who enter into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Penrith.Town do not promote a lottery and are not lottery promoters and are not a gambling or gaming company that would require a licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

Penrith.Town operates this prize draw and makes Free entry available to all into our weekend winner prize draws. The way in which Penrith.Town operates this draws as a result falls outside the definition of gambling as set out in Section 3 of the Gambling Act 2005 and does not require a licence to operate and does not constitute gambling.

All qualifying entries treated the same and all have an equal chance of winning the weekend winner prize.
