Voters have just One hour left to vote in Westmorland and Furness By Election

Voters in the Eamont and Shap ward have just one hour left to cast their votes with polls closing at 10pm in the by election to elect one of four candidates as the new councillor for Westmorland and Furness.

The candidates standing are:

Jonathan Davies – Putting Cumbria First

Hector Meanwell – Conservative

Pam Pottinger - Green Party

Nicki Vecquery – Libdem

Counting of Votes will get underway after polls close at 10am and Penrith.Town news will bring the results live from the count with the results expected around midnight.
