Storm Floris latest: as Strong Winds and Rain across Cumbria and Scotland. A Yellow weather warnings for Wind across Cumbria is in place for today (Monday 4th August) and an Amber warning for winds of upto 95mph is in place just north of the border in Scotland with the Met Office predicting travel disruption, flooding and wind gusts of up to 95mph in some areas.
