Following extensive anti-social behaviour and disorder at a Penrith property, Eden Neighbourhood Policing Team have today taken action by serving a Closure Notice on an address at Castle Court in Penrith.
For the next 48 hours, only the occupant can be present at the property. Anybody else entering the property will be committing a criminal offence and will be liable to arrest.
Officers will now seek a full closure order on the property at Magistrates Court, which if granted, will prevent anybody including the occupants being at the address for up to 3 months.
