Police have this morning sealed off a section of Penrith including access to businesses and homes after been called to an incident in the town.
A section of Carleton Avenue is closed to traffic and pedestrian with all access taped off while police are on the scene today (Saturday 7th February).
people ate advised to stay clear of the area and find an alternative route.
