Police have charged a 19 year old Preston man with assault and other offences following an assault outside a restaurant in Penrith located on Bridge Lane.
Declan Murphy, 19, of West Strand, Preston was charged with assault by beating, using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence and act of outraging public decency.
The 19 year old will appear on before Carlisle Magistrates on the 27th November to face the charges.
