Police appealing for information after digger stolen

Cumbria Police are investigating a theft of a digger which has occurred overnight between the Monday the 7th of October 2024 and the Tuesday 8th of October 2024 at Hawthorn Rise, Hackthorpe between 9pm and 7am. The digger with a value of £18,000 was stolen from the street.

Police are appealing for information from members of the public who may have been in the area at the time of the incident. Officers are also appealing for members of the public to check their dash cameras footage or CCTV to see if this may have captured anything.
