Cumbria Police have arrested a 26 year old male from Penrith on suspicion of indecent exposure in connection with an incident that occurred between 7.40pm and 7.55pm yesterday evening, Sunday the 6th of August in Middlegate. Penrith. The 26 year old man has been released by police while they carry out further investigation into the incident.
