Police are appealing for witnesses as part of an investigation into the suspected theft of two bicycles in Penrith.
At around 9.50pm yesterday evening (Monday 11 May), officers received a report of anti-social behaviour at Penrith Train Station. Three teenage boys were arrested in connection with the incident and on suspicion of possession of stolen bicycles.
Officers believe the bikes may have been taken locally and are appealing for anyone who saw the boys riding pedal cycles in or around Penrith Train Station at around that time, to come forward.
Police are also urging residents in the area to check that their bicycles are still in their possession and to report any thefts as soon as possible.
