Police are investigating an assault in Penrith that occurred on Devonshire Street outside Greggs on Wednesday June 12th at 1.30am.
A man was grabbed from behind by another man, described as white, about 6ft tall, with dark hair and a short beard. The victim was scratched with a car key on his neck during this incident.
Officers are asking for the public’s help to identify the man pictured, who they would like to speak to as part of the investigation.
