Plans have been submitted for the development of 53 houses along with site accesses and associated infrastructure in the North of Penrith on land at White Ox Farm on Inglewood road.
The planning application has been submitted to Westmorland and Furness council on behalf of Penrith based Atkinson Homes
to build the development of 53 homes including 38 properties that will be sold at market value, 8 properties that will be sold asAffordable Homes at a discounted price as the development affordable homes contribution and seven as Social, Affordable or Intermediate Rent properties.
The development will see a mix of property designs throughout the 53 houses proposed for the site with a mix of 2,3 and 4+ bed properties along with a public space With generous garden plots and adequate separation between properties.
The architecture of the proposed homes will take inspiration from local building traditions, incorporating materials and design details that are characteristic of Penrith and the wider area.
According to the application the housing development will include across the site 105 parking places with vehicles using Inglewood road to access the development.
