Penrith Man due in court following car crash into Penrith home.

A 19-year-old Penrith man Ramon Burcacel of William Street in Penrith is due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court on January 17.

He was arrested following a car colliding with a house in Penrith on Friday evening. When a Mercedes he was driving crashed into the property on Lark Lane at approximately 8.15pm.

The 19 year old driver of the Mercedes was charged with driving without a licence, driving without insurance, aggravated vehicle taking and drink driving after been taken to Carlisle’s Cumberland Infirmary following the crash.
