Penrith Golf Hub is celebrating its fifth anniversary this month, five years that have seen a remarkable transformation from a revamped driving range into a leading regional golf destination.
Over the past five years, the Hub has undergone extensive development and investment that began with the refurbishment of the 14-bay driving range, which was later enhanced with cutting-edge Top tracer technology.
The addition of two state-of-the-art teaching studios and a spacious retail store, complete with a private putting studio, has positioned the Hub as a go-to facility for golfers of all abilities.
2022 saw the addition of a treatment room and rehab gym which the golf hub team believe is a huge benefit to golfers of all ages and ability to help with understanding their body and movement.
This year, Penrith Golf Hub heavily invested in a high end 18 hole adventure golf FOXY’S. The woodland-themed attraction features handcrafted wooden creatures and has quickly become a favourite among families and casual players.
A new catering horse-box and picnic area were also added, enhancing the experience for visitors with refreshments and outdoor seating.
The Hub’s continued investment and innovation have made it a standout facility in Cumbria, drawing praise from both locals and visitors alike.
The golf hub is also delivering lessons and events to encourage the next generation of golf professionals with a range of individual and group lessons events for juniors from taster days to regular lessons with golf experts based of Penrith Golf Hub.
The Penrith Golf Hub team said “we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our family, friends and most importantly our loyal customers for their support over the last 5 years and will continually endeavour to be the number 1 golf facility”
