Penrith based Genesis Homes Appoints New Head of Communities as Firm Expands into Lancashire

Penrith based house builder Genesis Homes has announced the appointment of Lauren Allison as the very first Head of Communities & Engagement in a brand-new role as the business expands its operations beyond Cumbria into Lancashire, the new Head of Communities & Engagement will underscores the firms commitment to placing community at the heart of their business beyond building quality houses, the firm is committed to creating vibrant, connected communities.

Lauren, a born and bred Cumbrian, brings a strong background in marketing, communications and events, and has developed a breadth of experience in the housebuilding industry over the past few years.

The new Head of Communities & Engagement role will play a central role in how Genesis Homes collaborate with residents, partners, and stakeholders to ensure their developments becomes integral parts of the surrounding area.

From the earliest planning stages through to life long after completion, the role will shape and lead the firms community engagement strategy to deliver meaningful projects that leave a lasting positive impact.
