Multiple Roadworks to start around Penrith on Monday along with J40 slip road Closures

Monday will see a number of roadworks start around Penrith along with overnight closures on J40 slip roads and lane closures on the M6 for work by Network Rail between 10pm on Monday (13th January) and 6am Tuesday (14th January).

Utilities works will also get underway at:

Access Road to Carleton Hall from the A686 under the A66.
