Emergency services are in attendance at a fire in Armathwaite, this evening (22 July).
The fire was reported at around 8pm this evening. A number of fire appliances are in attendance and road closures are in place.
There are no reported casualties to what is believed to be an empty building.
People are asked to avoid the area and not to attend the scene. People living in the vicinity are also asked to keep their windows closed.
