Barratt Homes’ Carleton Chase development in Penrith is over 50% sold and the housebuilder is highlighting its properties to suit a range of buyers, including essential workers.
One of the home styles available on the development is the final four bedroom Kingsley style home, which features a lounge, a large kitchen and dining area with French doors that lead to the garden, alongside a detached garage. The first floor has three double bedrooms, one of which features an en suite, a single bedroom that can be converted to a home office and a family bathroom.
