Fire Crews Free Trapped Driver after Car Flipped on Side along Penrith Road

Emergency services were mobilised just after 6pm on Tuesday (9th April) to reports of a road traffic collision on Brentfield Way in Penrith.

A car involved in the collision had come to rest on its side leaving the male driver unable to get out of the vehicle.

It’s understood the vehicle flipped over after an impact with a second vehicle  parked on the side of the road.

Fire crews worked to stabilised the vehicle and free the trapped driver through the rear of the car where he was then taken to hospital to be checked over for minor injuries.
