Genesis Homes have announced that their hugely successful Eamont Chase housing development in Carleton, is now sold out, with the final homeowners moving in this month.
The popular development features 82 high-quality homes, including 24 affordable/shared ownership properties. It has attracted a wide range of buyers from first-time homeowners to growing families and downsizers with its enviable location and community feel, matched with energy-efficient build standards and thoughtfully designed layouts.

The final customers, Carole and David Elliott, received their keys on 6th August and were warmly welcomed to the community.
