About Us:
Join our team located in Kirby Thore, where we are dedicated to delivering high-quality loading services for the distribution of plasterboard. We are currently seeking Loading Operatives to join our dynamic team and contribute to our operations.

Job Description:
As a Loading Operative, your primary role will be to strap loads of plasterboard in the backs of wagons, ensuring they are secure for distribution. This role involves rotating shifts between days, backs, and nights to accommodate operational requirements.

Responsibilities: Load plasterboard onto wagons and secure them using strapping techniques to ensure safe transportation. Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during loading operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading area to ensure efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet loading targets and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar loading or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work rotating shifts including days, backs, and nights. Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. The rate of pay ranges from £11.44 to £13.97 per hour depending on shift worked.
